Who we are

Lotvela is run by Ömer Faruk Erdoğan, sole proprietorship (şahıs işletmesi), Emek, Ali Nadi Ünler Blv. No:120/D, 27060 Şehitkamil/Gaziantep, Türkiye. For buyers based in North America, Lotvela is offered by Glorvia Inc., a Nova Scotia company (registry ID 4615708), 2000 Barrington Street, Suite 1300, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3J 3K1, Canada. Whichever of the two serves you is the data controller for the details described here (“we”). Contact: omer@glorvia.com.

What we collect

• Your contact details: name, company, email, and if you give them, phone, website and role.
• Your brief: product, specification, quantity, packaging, destination, timing and notes.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
• Where your visit came from: the campaign tags in the link you followed and the referring website, sent with your brief.

Cookies and measurement

Some measurement runs for every visitor without cookies. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.

Analytics cookies rest on your consent (KVKK Art. 5(1); GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). The cookieless counts and error reports rest on our legitimate interest in running a working, secure site (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Why, and on what basis

• To read and answer your brief and take the steps you ask for before a possible engagement (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep a record of enquiries and protect the form from abuse, which is in our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who sees it

• Producers in Türkiye: we share the product part of your brief, without your contact details, with producers we consider a possible fit. We share your company name or contact details with a producer only after you agree.
• Service providers: our hosting provider (Cloudflare, United States), our email delivery provider (Resend, United States), our email provider and the measurement providers listed under Cookies and measurement process the data for us. Transfers outside Türkiye follow the conditions of KVKK Art. 9 and, where it applies, GDPR Chapter V.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Up to two years after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask whether we hold data about you, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and, under GDPR, ask for it to be restricted or ported. Write to omer@glorvia.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), in Canada to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or in the EU to your data protection authority.
